Rhubarb Ginger Fizz
Such a fantastic vegetable!
This is a lovely spring drink, born of the desire to use up my last year’s rhubarb vodka before starting a new batch. Long-ish but not too long. :)
60 ml rhubarb vodka (or gin)
30 ml gin
150ml ginger ale
squeeze of lemon
ice cubes
Mix in a glass.
Optional - rhubarb stirring stick, floral ice cubes, twist of rhubarb.
If you don’t have a lemon to hand, I have also mixed this with a teaspoon of aperol and a hearty dash of angostura bitters and found it very pleasing as well.
