Friends for over twenty years…
Met at 15, bonded over shared social awkwardness, love of piano and appreciation for Blackadder. Have been friends ever since, sharing roadtrips (definitely not enough of them though!) books, recipes (mostly since acquiring hungry husbands), creative writing, and music composition. Since we share a temperament type, our ways of thinking and processing are usually startling similar. One husband mocks our conversations, saying they consist mostly of repeating the phrases “I know!” & “Exactly!” Recently discovered a new word that combines both - German “genau” means exactly. How efficient.
Oregon natives, Meredith has lived in the UK since 2006 and Rachel in Pennsylvania since 2018.
