Boozy Raisins

This is ridiculously easy - just the sort of thing I want for August desserts. The idea, since you can’t call it a recipe, is from the fabulous Diana Henry.


It’s two step-

1 - Nearly fill a container with raisins, leaving room for expansion.

2 - Cover with Marsala or Madeira.

Serve over ice cream.

Starting a new batch - with a mix of cranberries, cherries, raisins, golden raisins.
